Nsawam Adoagyiri Comes Alive With Easter Sports Festival

The Easter festivities in Nsawam Adoagyiri were crowned with excitement and community spirit as the Nsawaman Sports Committee organized a sports festival aimed at entertaining residents, promoting unity, and celebrating the holiday season.

The event attracted participants and spectators from within and beyond the municipality, creating a vibrant atmosphere of sportsmanship and social interaction.

The Municipal Chief Executive, Hon. Fummey Philibert Amenorpe, joined the festivities alongside the Nsawamhene, Nana Kwamena Ansah I, and other dignitaries to witness the various sporting activities.

Among the highlights of the festival were the football matches between the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana Prisons Service, as well as Atletico FC and Bafana Bafana, which drew enthusiastic support from spectators and showcased the talent and competitive spirit of local players.

The event provided an opportunity for residents to come together in celebration, strengthening social bonds and fostering community cohesion through sports and recreation.
