MCE, Hon. Isaac K. Buabeng together with some key staff from the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly on Friday June 10th, 2022 partnered with some second cycle institutions to plant 20,000 tree seedlings in the municipality to commemorate this year’s Green Ghana Day initiative.
The annual national wide exercise which is targeted at planting some twenty thousand trees forms part of efforts by the government to preserve and protect the country’s forest cover and the environment at large.

The MCE stated in his speech that it was necessary to grow Ghana green hence it is a mandate for every parent and child in the community to plant at least one tree in their homes and it’s environs.
