In line with efforts to promote effective and efficient service delivery within the Local Government Service, the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly on Friday, 13th February 2026, held the signing of Performance Contracts between the Municipal Coordinating Director and Heads of Departments and Units of the Assembly.

The Performance Contracts were signed between the Municipal Coordinating Director, Mr. Jasper Adenyo, and the respective Heads of Departments and Units of the Assembly. The exercise forms part of the Local Government Service’s accountability framework aimed at strengthening performance management, enhancing institutional efficiency, and promoting results-based administration at the municipal level.

The signing of the contracts underscores the commitment of Management and Heads of Departments to the effective implementation of government policies, prudent utilization of public resources, and the achievement of departmental targets for the year.

The Performance Contract serves as a key management tool for monitoring and evaluating performance, promoting transparency and accountability, and ensuring that the strategic objectives of the Nsawam Adoagyiri Municipal Assembly are effectively pursued in the interest of the people.
