On 11th Nov. 2022 The Assembly officially began work on a new three-unit classroom block at the Ningo Community in the Panpanso Teshie Electoral Area following a sod cutting ceremony held at the project site.
The project is aimed at improving learning conditions for children in the community by providing additional classrooms and essential support facilities. When completed, the building will include a staff common room, a headmaster’s office, and washroom facilities.
The sod-cutting ceremony was attended by traditional leaders, Assembly staff, community members, and schoolchildren, whose presence reflected the community’s interest and support for the project.
During brief remarks, community members were encouraged to take ownership of the project by supporting, monitoring, and protecting the site to ensure smooth and timely completion of the work.
Construction is expected to be completed within three (3) months, after which the facility will be handed over for use by pupils.
