SITUATIONAL REPORT ON STREET ANNOUNCEMENT FOR COVID 19
The Information Service Department of Nsawam Adoagyiri is leading a dawn and dusk sensitization on COVID 19 Pandemic throughout the entire municipality. This is to ensure that people aware of the disease and to increase knowledge on how to protect themselves to help stop its spread.
The exercise will be intensive for two weeks will be carried at dawn and dusk of each day. It began on Sunday 22nd March 2020.
Three officers including the driver will be dispatched for this exercise.
The exercise is lead by Madam Aku Yayra Kpogli, the Municipal Information Services Officer. The itinerary is presented in the table below:

REPORT ON ACTIVITIES.
Day 1 : 22nd March 2020 (Dusk)
The team began the exercise from Fotobi through to Ahodwo. Educating the people on the need for proper handwashing under running water and practicing all the precautionary measures put in place by the Ghana health service to curb the spread of COVID 19
Day 2 :

They continued from Ahodwo township through to Nsawam

The exercise began from Nooka through to Ahwerase and Darmang
Day 3:
The team went at dawn and dusk
They visited Adoagyiri, Uptown, Adoagyiri zongo, Sabon zongo, Yaw kro, Amoakrom Sakyikrom
Day 4
Dawn
Areas Visited: Ahodwo, Oparekrom, Ankwani Doboro
Together with the health directorate, the team sensitized the traders on safety measures put in place to prevent the spread of the novel COVID 19.
